Hello and Welcome
Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Jackie Lawlor and if I had to sum up what I do, it would be about helping people to connect with their authentic self in order to be at their best in work and in life.
By operating from your values and purpose and leading from there, you can be a compelling example of leadership in any area of your life.
In my coaching work I help a variety of people from Academics, to Doctors and other NHS Staff, to new Social Workers and other Local Authority Staff to find their path through the complexity of work and to survive and thrive on their journey . This can by supporting coachees to feel more resourced and resilient, to finding their voice and leading from their values, to building stronger, respectful relationships to stepping up and leading the way. I also coach in confidence and dealing with imposter syndrome. I also work in career support.
In my facilitation, I teach Clean Language and Systemic Modelling skills, Coaching skills from Manager as Coach to Advanced Coaching Skills, Being at your best as a team, a variety of Resilience programmes, workshops on Better Conversations and How to Have a Courageous Conversation and much more.
I believe that there is a high level of disconnect in the world at the moment. Individual people are disconnected from themselves, who they are and what they really want from life and can seek to fill this void in the meaning of their life by overconsuming and through material possessions. I connect people with themselves by helping them to feel comfortable in their own skin, at ease with who they really are and out of that comes inner peace, a strong sense of self and high levels of self esteem and personal wellbeing. I connect people to their goals and dreams, helping them to have clarity in what they want and to understand how to support themselves to get there.
Work is so incredibly important to who we are, to what we feel is important and to what we feel represents and reflects us.
By helping individuals and teams in organisations to know what they really want from themselves, from each other and from the organisation, in terms of environment, behaviours, skills and capabilities, values & beliefs and purpose, I help people to really engage at a personal level with the aims and values of their organisation, and when they cannot, allow them to see ways of moving forward in a way that is respectful both to themselves and to their organisation.
