PPDG are an International Welfare to Work Organisation that deals with a wide range of jobseekers on Government work initiatives.
PPDG invest in staff development internally, and wanted an additional external element to deliver best practice in dealing with challenging behaviours, building on previous training they had developed.
We developed a bespoke one day programme, delivered as a pilot to a group of senior managers, managers, staff trainers and Senior and more junior HR professionals.
The programme was a cutting edge blend of NLP, mediation, coaching and clean language skills.
